We have loved out Alfresco Studio space so much it is a permanent feature of our studio. With plenty of fresh air, we will be providing both 1:1 & 2:1 PT sessions using strength and pilates equipment for your personalised session as well as small group Fusion Fit Cardio Classes. Welcome to our new and improved cardio class Fusion Fit! Utilising the Pilates Wunda Chair, Aerobic Step and Dumbbells for a full body blast to get the heart pumping and your fitness levels up up up! With 4 max per class, you’ll have lots of room to move and sweat it out :)

These sessions are covered by your group fitness passes.

In these strength and conditioning sessions you'll expect functional training to improve performance no matter what your goal or sport. Specific, tailor made programs to each individual. You'll be taught the principals of progressive overload, correct technique, in compound and supplementation lifts, gaining strength for everyday life. These sessions are 1:1 or 2:1 only.
