MELISSA MURATORE

Founder and Principal Practitioner – Clinical Pilates & Lagree Fitness

Melissa has a background in Human Movement and Exercise Science, holds multiple Pilates practitioner certifications such as Level 4 APMA as a Pilates Practitioner, a Level 4 DMA as a Clinical Pilates Practitioner, Lagree Fitness Certification and is also a recognised Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to the launch of Fusion, Melissa introduced and implemented the Clinical Pilates program at Windy Hill Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Clinic, as well as Essendon Football Club, to which she is still aligned as their sole provider for both AFL & VFL teams. With her extensive background and knowledge, Melissa provides well-rounded and individualised Clinical Pilates programs for her clients, to help optimise outcomes for clients who suffer from a range of health concerns, from sports injuries to common back problems. Melissa is enthusiastic and energetic in nature, which provides a unique blend of fun and professional guidance to help her clients achieve optimal outcomes. Always keeping up to date with current and worthwhile trends in the world of Pilates and Fitness, Melissa continues to grow within her field of expertise both in Australia and abroad, to provide clients with modern training methods.

MADDI BOYER

Physiotherapist, Physio Pilates/Clinical Pilates Practitioner
 

Maddi has an elite sporting background and has represented Australia in the World Water Ski Racing Championships on numerous occasions. Her best overall placing’s have been third in 2009 junior worlds and fourth in Women’s F1 2011. She has completed internships working with elite basketballers and has developed an avid interest in sport performance and injury rehabilitation. Maddi is passionate and motivated to achieve the individual goals of each client. After completing her Exercise Science degree and practicing as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Pilates Practitioner, Maddi went to on further study completing her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2017.

NICOLE DIXON

Clinical Pilates Practitioner

Nicole is a Polestar Pilates qualified teacher with 10 years experience. Born and raised in New Zealand, Nicole moved to Melbourne after gaining valuable international experience teaching Pilates in Singapore.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education at Otago University, Nicole followed her passion to become a Pilates teacher and was particularly drawn to the Pilates method and its ability to rehabilitate people from injury.

Through her continuous learning and development in the field of Pilates, Nicole's passion lies in the method of Pilates and the variety and diversity it offers people. Nicole believes Pilates gives power to both the mind and body through movement.

In her spare time Nicole loves to spend time with family and friends, practice yoga and explore Melbourne's food and wine culture.

NIKKI GALE

Clinical Pilates, Lagree Fitness & Barre Attack Instructor
 

Nikki is a Pilates Instructor who earned her primary certification with the Australian Pilates Method Association and holds a level 2 clinical certificate in Pilates. She is also trained and certified in Lagree Fitness and Barre Attack Fitness Training; which has been working in the Pilates and Fitness Industry since 2012. Nikki is extremely passionate about wellbeing and the education of her clients and fitness endeavours to help improve their quality of life. She believes Pilates is a fantastic and important tool for all people; no matter the health concern, and creates fun and functional programs for her clients, to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Josh Esposito

Clinical Pilates Practitioner, Completing Masters in Osteopathy

A student of Clinical Pilates since the age of 15 in helping to treat, manage and prevent his sporting injuries. Josh has a broad sporting background, from playing AFL, boxing and competing in triathlons. Josh’s sporting achievements include playing as a league representative on numerous occasions for the EDFL, playing VFL football for both Coburg and Werribee and being awarded the EDFL rising star award in 2015. Since then, Josh has completed his Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University in 2018 and is currently undertaking his Masters in Health Science (Osteopathy) with a keen interest in injury rehabilitation and human movement. He is trained and certified in Clinical Pilates as well as Lagree Fitness, teaching classes at both Essendon & Maidstone studios. He’s highly motivated and strives to achieve the individual goals of each client.

EVELYN BRYANT

Pilates & Lagree Fitness Instructor
 

Eve is a true Megaformer enthusiast. Certified as both a Pilates and Lagree Fitness Instructor, Eve believes the Lagree method is not only a killer workout, but something which can inspire change in every aspect of someone’s life. Eve prides herself on being able to teach the hardest class and most modified class at the same time to clients. Whether they be a Pilates aficionado or an ultra-beginner, she’ll specially design and cater each class around her clients. In addition to teaching Pilates and Lagree, Eve is also a part-time fashion product manager, where she enjoys combining the transformation of people’s bodies with their wardrobes. Eve will complete her Clinical Pilates diploma June 2019.

Liz Gallagher

Lagree Fitness Instructor

Liz is a Pilates lover and Lagree fanatic. As a certified Lagree Fitness Instructor, Liz loves working with her clients to ensure they get an amazing workout every time they are in the studio and watching them get stronger each week! Liz may also be known at the studio as "the smiling assassin" - a name her clients may have given her! Liz will commence her Studio Pilates and Rehab Training later this year, which she is really looking forward to.
